COMMUNITY USER’S REQUEST FOR USE OF ROOMS AT PORT PERRY UNITED CHURCH

Following a review of your application Port Perry United Church will determine if a Custodian/Host or extra Cleaning Crew will be required on site during the event.  You will be notified in advance.

*NOTE: In keeping with the historic stance of The United Church of Canada, all groups, organizations and individuals making use of our facilities at Port Perry United Church are required to respect the guidelines as follows:

  1. No alcoholic beverages of any kind will be sold, served, or consumed.
  2. No form of gambling activity will be engaged in or on the premises. This includes all types of chance whereby the gain, loss or exchange of something of value staked on the outcome of an uncertain event (lottery, raffle, 50/50 Draw, etc.). Door prizes, excluding liquor, are exempt.

**NOTE: The church’s liability insurance does not cover the lessee. Therefore, a copy of the lessee’s personal in-force liability insurance (with a minimum liability of $2,000,000) must be given to the Church Administrator at the time of the signing of the rental agreement.
